Without dependence and without addiction, its unique formula is suitable for people prone to difficulty falling asleep or jet lag, with a melatonin dosage that can be adapted according to the need and the situation.

Directions for use
Reserved for adults.
Use under the tongue, 30 minutes after bedtime:
for faster sleep: 4 to 6 sprays;
to reduce the effects of jet lag: 2 sprays the day before departure then 2 sprays on the day of arrival and the following few days.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (6 sprays per day).
May cause drowsiness.
Use with caution when driving vehicles or machines.
Do not consume in case of known sensitivity to any of the constituents.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people on anti-hypertensive treatment or suffering from inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
Do not use in people with epilepsy, asthma, suffering from mood, behavior or personality disorders without medical advice.
