Directions:
Run the sponge under lukewarm water for 3 to 5 minutes to make it swell, then gently wring it out. Gently massage the face or body in circular motions. Rinse the sponge well with lukewarm water after each use and wring it out gently. Hang it with its cord in a temperate place to dry.
