Apply a small amount of balm 1 to 2 times a day to the affected area and massage gently, especially before bedtime. Do not rinse. Do not use in children under 3 years old. Contains traces of camphor and eucalyptol. Keep out of reach of children. Rinse hands thoroughly after application. Avoid prolonged exposure of the product to heat and light.
