Directions:
Occasional use: 2 capsules 3 times a day during meals for 5 days. Regular use: 1 capsule morning and evening during meals, 5 days out of 7 throughout the period at risk. Swallow with a glass of cold water. Keep out of the reach of children. Cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Do not take more than one week. Do not use before sun exposure. Only for adults. Do not use in children or adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended in case of allergy to cinnamon, clove or balsam of Peru. Not recommended in the event of a history of epilepsy, convulsions or neurological pathologies and in the event of stomach ulcer or gastritis.
