Directions:
3 to 5 times a day, place the stick in one nostril, close the other and inhale deeply, 1 to 2 times in each nostril. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age. Causes skin irritation. May cause skin allergy. In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of soap and water. If irritation or rash develops, seek medical attention. Causes severe eye damage. In case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easily removable. Continue rinsing. Keep out of reach of children. Toxic to aquatic organisms, causes long-term adverse effects. Dispose of contents/container through the selective collection system active in your municipality.
