The L 114 oral solution from Lehning laboratories is a homeopathic medicine traditionally used to facilitate digestion in cases of food abuse and associated symptoms (bloating, flatulence, gastralgia, headache). L114 can be used in adults and, on medical advice, in children aged 2 and over.

Given the presence of Lycopodium in the formula, this medication should not be used in cases of cholelithiasis without medical advice.
Dosage of L114 Lehning homeopathic drops
Adults: The usual dose is 30 drops 3 times a day for 1 month.
Children over 12 years old: 20 drops 3 times a day,
Children from 2 years to 12 years: 10 drops, 3 times a day.
The L 114 drops should be diluted in a little water and taken without meals.
An interval of at least 4 hours between two doses must be respected and the duration of treatment must be limited to 5 days, due to the presence of alcohol in the oral solution.
Precautions for use of L 114
This medication for digestive disorders should not be taken in case of hypersensitivity to one of its components.
30 drops of L 114 contain the equivalent of 7.4 ml of beer or 3 ml of wine. Therefore, it should be used with caution in people at risk: pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children, epileptics, liver failure, alcoholics or in withdrawal.
