Composition of Lehning L28 drops
The homeopathic strains used in this medicine for circulation are: a mother tincture of Witch Hazel, China rubra 4 DH, Adrenalinum 6 DH, Secale cornutum 4 DH, Vinca minor 3 DH, Hydrastis canadensis 4 DH, a mother tincture of Carduus marianus and Trillium pendulum 6 DH.
These strains are present at 3 ml for a 30 ml bottle of L28 drops. The other components are ethanol and purified water.
Dosage of Lehning L28 for circulation
This medication is reserved for adults.
Its mode of administration is sublingual. It should be taken with a small amount of water, and kept under the tongue before swallowing. Take away from meals.
In case of venous insufficiency, the dosage is 30 drops in the morning and evening.
During a period of pain or heat, add 30 drops at midday. You should not exceed 90 drops per day. The duration of treatment should not exceed one month without medical advice.
In the event of a hemorrhoidal crisis, take 10 drops in case of pain, repeat if necessary 30 minutes later. The shots will be spaced out depending on the improvement. You should not exceed 90 drops per day. You must continue with 30 drops, 2 to 3 times a day, depending on the severity of the pain and symptoms. The duration of treatment is 7 days. If there is no improvement or if the pain worsens, it is necessary to seek medical advice.

Precautions for use of L28 drops
This medicine should not be used if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. L28 drops contain alcohol: the equivalent of 7.4 ml of beer or 3 ml of wine for an adult dose (30 drops).
The use of L28 is not recommended in alcoholics, in withdrawal, in epileptics, people with liver failure, pregnant or breastfeeding women or children.
