What is the dosage of Swiss Good Night Relaxation Paste?
1 mg (1 GUM) per day before bedtime. Oral route. The beneficial effects of melatonin are obtained by consuming 1 mg per day (1 gummy) before bed to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and at least 0.5 mg just before bed on the 1st day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at the destination to mitigate the effects of jet lag. Adjust the intake with your pharmacist.
