Directions:
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal, 15 days before, during and 15 days after sun exposure, in combination with sunscreen. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended in children, pregnant or nursing women and in case of hypertensive treatment. Only a diversified diet ensures a good nutritional balance. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Take it as part of a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store at a temperature below 25°C away from light and moisture.
