Mag 2 Cramp 30 Tablets is a food supplement that prevents from involuntary muscle contractions and muscle tiredness. This food supplement contains Magnesium, essential to the good functioning of the organism. An insufficient intake in Magnesium can manifest by muscular tiredness or involuntary muscle contractions. This formula helps to limit the appearance of involuntary muscle contractions by:the maximum daily intake of marine magnesium for normal muscle function,a supply of potassium, calcium and vitamin D for a good functioning of the muscular system,a selection of vitamins and associated minerals to allow proper functioning of the nervous system and normal neurotransmission, also involved in muscle contraction. This food supplement is suitable for the elderly.

Composition:

Calcium Carbonate, Marine Magnesium (As Magnesium Oxide), Anti-Caking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Bulking Agent: Calcium Phosphates, Potassium Chloride, Thickener: Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) , Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Copper Citrate, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), D-Biotin (Vitamin B8).

Directions:

Adults and teenagers. Take 1 tablet to swallow with a glass of water morning and evening, for 15 days, to renew if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption can lead to laxative effects. Do not take in case of severe kidney failure or allergy to any of the components. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Keep at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
