It acts at 4 levels thanks to a complete formula:daily intake in Marine Magnesium and Vitamin B6 allows to reduce tiredness state and nervousness and contribute to the normal functioning of nervous system,Melatonin up to 1,9mg contributes to reduce the time of falling asleep,California Poppy contributes to improve natural sleep quality, optimum relaxation and promotes mental and physical relaxation and well-being,Valerian helps to maintain a natural sleep and normal sleep quality. Tablet 1 has a double layer: layer 1 with immediate release of Melatonin, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 and layer 2 with prolonged release of Magnesium for a better assimilation. Tablet 2 is based on plants extracts (Valerian, Lemonbalm, California Poppy).

Difficulties to falling asleep. For adults and children from 12 years old.
Composition:
Tablet 1: Marine Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide), Anti-Caking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphates, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide [nano]. Bulking Agents: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Tricalcium Phosphates, Cocoa Extract (Theobroma Cocoa, Bean), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Thickener: Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Melatonin, Color: Indigo Carmine.
Directions:
Take 2 tablets (1 tablet 1 + 1 tablet 2) with a large glass of water before bedtime during 1 month. To renew if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive intake may result by laxative effects. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Do not take in case of severe renal failure or allergy to one of the components. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from humidity, light and heat.
