The marine collagen developed by Nat&Form contains two active ingredients for the well-being of your joints:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dosage of Nat et Form Marine Collagen:10.1 g per day, or 2 measuring spoons, to be dissolved in 200 ml of water or fruit juice. Mix well, preferably in a shaker or with a spoon, until completely dissolved.
