Directions:
Before use, cleanse and dry the skin. Apply directly on the heel. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not apply on damaged skin or on a blister. Depending on the intensity of use, the protection is washable and can be reused several times. Wash the protection with a neutral soap and rinse with water. Then let it dry.
