Apply on the skin before exercise, in places exposed to friction (feet, inner thighs, underarms, nipples . . . ). Massage to penetrate the product. It is advisable to renew the application during the effort. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water. Do not apply on broken skin. Keep out of the reach of children.
