Mercurochrome Cold Sore Patches 15 Patches are discrete and transparent patches that can be applied easily. Each patch promotes healing with the hydrocolloid technology that forms a dermo-restorative gel and relieves pain with discretion. It decreases the feeling of discomfort and reduces redness and tingling. It prevents scratching and reduces the formation of crusts. It protects against external aggression and thus limits contamination.

Cleanse the area of the infected lip and ensure that it is dry before application. Do not apply cream or lotion. Separate the patch from the wafer. Remove a first part of the white protective paper. Apply the first part of the patch to the cold sore, centering it on the area. Once the patch is placed on the area of ??the lip concerned, gently remove the remaining second portion of the white protective paper. Smooth the patch with your finger so that it stays in place. The product may discolour when absorbing exudates. The plaster can remain in place for up to 5 days in the absence of infection. To remove the patch, stretch the skin around the blister and gently remove it. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the components. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous. Do not use on open or infected wounds. If in doubt, consult a doctor. Possible reuse results in a loss of performance of the device and a risk of contamination.
