Read the precautions for use on the packaging carefully. Do not use more than 20 minutes with each use. Wait at least 20 minutes between each use. Cold: place the mask in the freezer for at least 2 hours. At the time of use, wrap the mask with a clean tissue before application. The mask can be stored in the freezer to be always ready for use. Warm: the mask must be at room temperature before use. Microwave: Place the mask in the center of the clean microwave oven. Observe the following heating conditions: 10 seconds at 700W or 5 seconds at 1000W. Mix the mask so that the temperature is uniform. If the mask temperature still does not seem optimal, repeat the operation for 5 more seconds. Do not overheat. Do not leave unattended while heating. Attention, after heating, the mask can be very hot: to avoid a burn, put the mask aside until it reaches a temperature that your skin can tolerate. The packaging serves as a notice. Clean the mask with mild soap after use. Store away from direct sunlight.
