Description:

Mercurochrome Frontal Thermomether is indicated for a rapid temperature measurement to provide a first diagnosis of absence/presence of fever in children and adults. Flexible, it is easy to put on the forehead. Using the liquid crystal technology, it allows you to catch the temperature in increments of 0,5°C when used according to the instructions for use.

Place the thermometer black face in contact with the dry forehead just above the eyebrows. Squeeze it firmly on the forehead, holding it by the ends, making sure that it is fully in contact with the forehead for about 15 seconds. The temperature should be read on the brightest area. Store in its box in a dry and temperate place away from UV, light and sun. Clean with a soft cloth slightly moistened. For optimal temperature measurement:The ambient temperature should be 20°C (± 2°C). Let the person lie down for 5 minutes before taking the temperature. The person must not have been physically active or have drunk hot drinks in the last 30 minutes before taking the temperature. Do not use the thermometer outdoors, after sunbathing, or after exposure to extreme heat or cold. This thermometer gives body temperature and is not as accurate as a medical thermometer (anal or ear thermometer). In addition, under certain circumstances, body temperature can change rapidly, especially in children. It is therefore recommended to take several times the temperature under the same conditions. In the case of an increase of more than 1°C or if you think the person has a fever, reconfirm it with a medical thermometer or consult a doctor.
