Tilt the head to the side to prevent the solution from getting into the throat (place the child in a lying position). Gently insert the rounded end of the nosepiece into the entrance of the nostril. Exercise a brief and frank pressure. Repeat the operation in the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Straighten your head to let the mucus flow out and wipe your nose with a tissue. Rinse the mouthpiece after each operation. Repeat the operation 1 to 4 times a day if necessary.
