Mercurochrome Re-usable Hot/Cold Bag 18cm x 14cm is to use in external application at cold to relieve the contusions as well as hot to soothe muscle pains. The bag is surrounded by a fabric cover which protects the skin from direct contact with the area to treat. The cover has a fixation system which ensure easily the maintain of the bag on the 4 members of the body. Gel contained in the bag remains flexible when cold or hot, the bah fits perfectly with the forms of the painful areas. The temperature of the bag keeps 1h30 hot and 30 minutes cold to relieve the pain.
Indications:
Cold: hematomas, bruises, sprains, trauma, hyperthermia and for all cases where cryotherapy is necessary. The cold also facilitates local blood circulation and limits the formation of bruises and bumps. A hot: lumbago, torticollis, rheumatism, hypothermia and for all cases where the application of heat is necessary. The warm facilitates the healing process by locally increasing the blood circulation bringing the benefits of relaxation.

Cold: place the bag at least 1h30-2h00 in the freezer. At the time of use, insert the pouch into its pouch before applying it to the painful area. The bag can be stored in the freezer to be always ready for use. Hot: immerse the pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove the bag from the water, dry it and put it in its pouch before applying it on the painful area. Place the pouch in the microwave oven at 650 W for a maximum of 1 minute. Remove the oven bag and place it in its pouch before applying it to the painful area. Do not ingest the content. Do not tear the hot-cold pocket. Do not leave within the reach of children. Always wrap the hot-cold pouch in its pocket or in a cloth to avoid the risk of burns. Do not put in direct contact with the skin. Before using the hot / cold pack on infants, children or the elderly or in case of diabetes or cardiovascular disease and / or insensitivity of the skin (Raynaud's syndrome), it is imperative to consult doctor. If symptoms persist or if you are not sure which treatment to use, consult your doctor. Do not apply on damaged skin. Do not overheat the pocket as it may explode. For external use only.
