Directions for use
The day before or the first day of your period: 1 capsule to take with a glass of water.
During menstruation: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day depending on the intensity of the discomfort, with a glass of water. It is possible to take up to 3 capsules per day in a single dose.
Use reserved for women and girls aged 12 and over.
Not recommended for pregnant women, women on anti-coagulants or anti-platelet aggregants and in cases of allergy to asteraceae. If in doubt, seek advice from a healthcare professional before use.
