Melatonin is a circadian rhythm regulator that synchronizes the sleep/wake cycle. - Griffonia simplicifolia dry extract (100mg per stick): is a plant whose seeds contain an essential amino acid, 5-hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP) which plays an important role in many physiological functions. - Vitamin B6 (2mg per stick): this vitamin essential to the body helps to reduce fatigue and promotes the proper functioning of the nervous system. Natural flavor of vanilla, with sweetener.

Bulking Agent: Sorbitol (Wheat), Griffonia Simplicifolia Extract, Maltodextrin, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Sweetener: Sucralose, Melatonin.
Directions:
Allow the micro-granules to melt on the tongue. The micro-granules can also be diluted in a glass of water if necessary. - For falling asleep: take a stick before bed (30 minutes to 1 hour). - In case of jet lag: take a stick before bedtime, the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not associate if taking antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice. Do not drive a vehicle or machine within 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.
