Mixture of omega 3/6/9 (Borago oil (Borago officinalis), Fish oil, Flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum),  Extra virgin olive oil (Olea europaea)); Capsule shell: Gelatin; Red yeast extract (Monascus purpureus);  Filler: Glycerol; Gelling agent: Ethylcellulose; Soya oil; Soya lecithin; Ubiquinone (Coenzyme Q10);  Colour: Plain caramel; Coating agent: White and yellow beeswax; Purified water; Gelling agent: Sodium alginate; Tocopherols mixture (Vitamin E).

Directions:

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for the following populations: pregnant or breastfeeding women or women with a personal or family history of breast cancer; children or adolescents;  people over the age of 70; people with liver, kidney or muscle problems, or taking medications that can lead to interactions; people intolerant to statins.
