Directions:
Adults and children over 15: 4 capsules per day. Children between 6 and 10: 2 capsules per day, between 11 and 15: 3 capsules per day. To spread during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep away from young children.
