NeoStrata Restore Bionic Face Cream is a rich, balm-like moisturizer formulated to provide intense hydration while soothing dry, sensitive, and reactive skin.
Its 12% Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) blend combines 8% gluconolactone with 4% lactobionic acid to gently exfoliate, strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier, and improve the appearance of rough texture, discoloration, fine lines, and enlarged pores. Humectants and emollients help attract and retain moisture, leaving stressed skin feeling softer, smoother, and more comfortable.
The gentle cream is also suitable for use following at-home peels, microdermabrasion, and other superficial cosmetic treatments when skin may feel particularly dry or sensitive.

How to Use
Apply to the face and neck twice daily after cleansing.
Allow the cream to absorb for several minutes before applying makeup or primer. It may also be applied over a NeoStrata serum or other compatible skincare treatment.
