Directions:
Take 1 tablet about 20 minutes before each main meal with a large glass of water, i. e. 3 tablets per day. For best results, it is advisable to follow the program for at least 3 months. Can be taken continuously throughout the year if needed. Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
