Directions:
Take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water, preferably during the meal. It is recommended to follow the program at least 1 month. Can be taken in continue throughout the year. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
