Composition:
Envelope of Ispaghul Seeds (Plantago Ovata Forsk. ), Standardized Concentrated Extract: Large Mallow Flowers (Malva Sylvestris L. ), Inulin, Anti-Caking Agent, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions:
Take 1 sachet a day during the meal. Mix the powder with a large glass of water, fruit juice or milk or yoghurt. Separate the intake from 1/2 hour to 1 hour from that of a medication. Do not take just before sleeping. If necessary, take 2 sachets a day during the meal during 1 week. Renewable throughout the year. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
