Concentrated extracts (lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L. ), Chickweed flower (Matricaria chamomilla L. )); stabilizers (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, crosslinked sodium carboymethylcellulose); mineral (magnesium oxide); L-theanine; anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide); vitamins (thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyano-calmine, nicotinamide); coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions:
Take 3 tablets with a large glass of water with the evening meal for the first 15 days, then take 2 tablets with the evening meal. Can be used continuously all year round if needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children and adolescents or in pregnant women or during breastfeeding.
