Directions:
Take 1 tablet with a large glass of water 15 minutes before the main meals. For an optimal result, follow the program during 3 months. Can be taken during the whole year if needed. Do not use for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are diabetic type 2, it is advised to control your sugar rate in blood carefully.
