Directions:
Before each use, shake the bag well to make the mixture homogeneous. Infusion: 5 to 10 minutes in 80°C water. For 1 cup (about 30 cl): add 1 rounded tablespoon (2 g) of herbal tea. For the infuser (45 cl): add 2 teaspoons (3 g). Pregnant or nursing woman: seek advice from a health professional. Cannot replace a healthy lifestyle. Keep away from light and moisture.
