Probiotic Strains
The formula contains six live probiotic strains:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus
- Lactobacillus crispatus
- Lactobacillus gasseri
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG
- Lactobacillus fermentum

Each capsule provides 8 billion CFU (colony-forming units) of live probiotics.
Ingredients
Potato starch, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), freeze-dried Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium cultures, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
Capsule: fish gelatin.
Directions
Initial phase: Take 2 capsules twice daily for 1 week.
Maintenance phase: Then take 2 capsules daily for 1 month.
Take with water and follow the recommended daily intake.
