Directions:
Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water during the meal. Can be renewed several times in the year. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not substitute to a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children and teenagers during growth, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not recommended to smokers.
