Composition:
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) 48%, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) 24%, Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) 12%, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 9%, Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) 5%, Eucalyptus essential oil 2%.
Directions:
Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavours, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups a day. Tip: Use spring water to keep all the flavour of the infusion intact. Store in a cool, dry place.
