Composition:
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) 29%, Chicory (Cichorum intybus) 24%, Olive (Olea europaea) 13%, Mallow (Malva sylvestris) 13%, Anise (Pimpinella anisum) 13%, Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 8%.
Directions:
Place 1 sachet in a cup and pour in simmering water. Use spring water to keep all the flavor of the infusion intact. Let infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups per day: 1 cup before or during the 2 main meals, for 2 to 3 weeks. Contains licorice: People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. Store in a cool, dry place.
