Directions:
Using the measuring spoon inside the jar, take 2 spoons a day. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1g (ie 1 level scoop) at least 30 minutes before the meal, then 1g after it. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Due to the strong adsorbency of charcoal, it is advisable to keep an interval of 2 hours with the taking of another medicine (including the contraceptive pill).
