Directions:
Take 1 capsule a day before sleeping, with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended to pregnant and breastfeeding women, in case of antihypertensive treatment. Keep out of reach of children. Store awat from light and heat. May cause decreased alertness.
