Directions:
- Cream:Before exposure, apply the product generously. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or toweling off. If you do not apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be considerably reduced. Too much sun is dangerous. Avoid the sun in the middle of the day. A sun product does not provide 100% protection. - Lotion:Apply to the body after showering.
