Directions:
Children between 6 and 10 years-old: 1 to 2 capsules per day. Children over 10 years-old: 2 to 3 capsules per day. Capsules to swallow or chew, to take in the morning with a fruit juice, at the beginning of a meal or right before sleeping. Respect the recommended doses.
