Product Information

Why use Onypso nail polish?
Onypso nail polish is recommended for the topical treatment of thickened fingernails and/or toenails due to psoriasis. It is a medical device that restores a smooth and even appearance to the nail.

Nail psoriasis is a variant of psoriasis, a chronic autoimmune skin disease that can quickly become very disabling from a social standpoint. The nails become yellow and damaged, making daily activities difficult.

This Onypso nail polish exerts a keratolytic action through the high concentration of urea contained in the polish.
Pierre Fabre, a dermatologist, created the ONY (for nails) - PSO (psoriasis) range to provide a solution for patients suffering from it.

It comes in the easiest and simplest form of application: a nail polish with a brush for precise application. This polish is transparent and matte, making it suitable for both men and women. It will cover the entire nail.
The high urea concentration (15%) helps loosen and remove the excess keratin layer on the nail, restoring a smooth and even appearance.
A significant improvement is visible after 3 months with daily treatment.

Condition: 1 bottle of 3 ml of polish

How to apply Onypso nail polish?
- Apply to nails only, for external use only.
- Wash your hands and/or feet before applying the product.
- Apply the necessary amount of polish to the thickened nail once a day for 6 months to completely cover the nail surface.
- Let it dry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Since urea is water-soluble, it is best to apply it at night before going to bed to allow the product to remain on the nail as long as possible.
- Once a week, use a cosmetic nail polish remover solution to remove the layer of polish from the nail surface, which could, over time, hinder the penetration of the active ingredient.
- Close tightly after use.
- Avoid coating the neck of the bottle with polish, which would prevent it from sealing tightly.
