How to Use
Brush thoroughly at least twice daily, or as directed by your dentist or physician. Do not swallow. Spit out after brushing.
For children age 6 and younger, use only a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. If fluoride is being consumed from other sources, consult a dentist or physician.
