DIRECTION FOR USE:
Infusion - 3 to 10 minutes
Pour one to two tablespoons of plants into simmering water and let infuse for 3 to 10 minutes.
Decoction - 10 to 30 minutes
Immerse the plant in boiling water and keep boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, then let infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired concentration.
Recommended consumption of 2-3 g of lemon balm leaves in infusion 3 times a day.
