Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 tablet, in the evening before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
Prolonged use is not recommended.
It is advised not to exceed the recommended daily amount.
Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store preferably at a temperature of 15 to 25°C in a dark and dry place.
