Its use is particularly recommended during training or competition and in recovery. It can also be eaten as a snack outside of exercise, to compensate for a reduced protein intake.

Directions:
As a pre-workout snack: consume 1 bar about 1 hour before the start of the workout. During exercise: 1 bar completes the action of Overstims energy drinks and gels. After the effort: 1 to 2 bars following the end of the effort, in association with the recovery drink. Cannot be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store away from heat and humidity.
