Paragrippe from Boiron Laboratories is a homeopathic medicine traditionally administered to relieve flu-like conditions.
It comes in the form of lozenges and contains several strains of plant origin.
Paragrippe composition
The active substances are:
Arnica...............................4CH
Belladonna........................4CH
Eupatorium perfoliatum......4CH
Gelsemium........................4CH
Sulfur...............................4CH
The other ingredients are sucrose, lactose and magnesium stearate
Paragrippe dosage
It is recommended during flu-like conditions to take two lozenges every hour. You must space out the doses according to the improvement of your symptoms. If you do not get any improvement or your condition worsens, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions for use of Paragrippe
As this medicine contains sucrose, it is not recommended in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase/isomaltase deficiency.
And in cases of galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, this medication is not recommended because it contains lactose.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek the advice of their doctor before taking any treatment.
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist of any concomitant treatment to avoid interactions.
