Use 1 to 5 minutes on clean skin with an oil/serum applied beforehand.

With the smooth part. Smooths from the inside to the outside, from bottom to top starting with the neck, oval, cheeks, rings, eyely arches and forehead. 5 times on each side.
2-Love
With the raised part, perform small vertical and then horizontal smoothings back and forth, covering the entire cheek and then front.
3-People
With the smooth part, place the roller on the temple. Switch a smoothness from the temple to the collarbone by matching the contour of the face. 5 times on each side.
