Directions:
2 Tablets per day to be swallowed with a glass of water at mealtime, 1 month before, during and after sun exposure. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place. Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. To be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle. Must be kept out of the reach of young children. It does not protect from the sun's rays. The use of a sunscreen with an index adapted to the skin type and the duration of exposure is essential when exposed to the sun.
