Directions:
2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a glass of water with a meal 1 month before, during and after sun exposure. It does not protect from the sun rays. The use of a protective cream with an index adapted to the skin type and the duration of exposure is essential during sun exposure. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. To be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle. Must be kept out of the reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
