Directions for use
Adults: 1 drop, 5 times a day on a neutral tablet.
Children over 7 years old: 1 drop twice a day on a neutral tablet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Never take pure orally without support.
Never take more than 2 drops of essential oils per dose.
Seek advice from a health professional, especially in the event of high blood pressure or migraines.
Do not use in children under 7 years old.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with epileptic or convulsive history, people hypersensitive to essential oils.
Not recommended for people with asthma.
