Directions for use
Adults: 1 drop 3 to 4 times a day on a neutral tablet.
Children over 7 years old: 1 drop twice a day on a neutral tablet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To be taken in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not use in children under 7 years old except on medical advice.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with epileptic or convulsive history, people hypersensitive to essential oils.
Not recommended for people with asthma.
Never take pure orally without support.
Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day of essential oil.
Do not use for prolonged periods (14 days maximum).
Store away from light and heat in a well-stoppered bottle.
