Directions:
Take 1 gel-cap morning, noon and night before the meal with a full glass of water, for 10 days. To renew as needed. To maintain your body: 2 gel-caps in the morning before the meal for 1 week. To renew as needed. Do not use in pregnant or lactating women and children under 12 years old. Do not use in people with epilepsy, or in case of stomach problems.
